 Already we are busy booking in the diary for 2013, and what a busy time we're going to have!?!So far it seems that couples are trending towards roses, and lots of them! Over the weekend we signed four weddings into the diary for 2013 and three of these include lots of beautiful handmade sugar roses. Each rose is made with individual sugar petals, shaped and curled to look as natural as possible; dusted in shades to compliment the bouquet and table centrepieces. Roses are a versatile flower which matches a range of themes including the popular vintage shabby chic, modern black and white and even for the classic elegance theme. With previous designs, roses have been cascading down the sides of cakes, separating tiers and just as accents teamed with hydrangias and petunias to give a soft romantic feel.
