Buttercream: vanilla, chocolate, lemon, citrus, strawberry, cappucino, white chocolate, rich chocolate fudge, Bailey's irish cream, cookies & cream
Jams & preserves: strawberry, raspberry, black cherry, apricot, pineapple, lime marmalade, orange marmalade, lemon curd
Ganache: Dark, milk or white chocolate
Fresh fruit can be added, season dependent, but must be consumed within 24 hours.

Vanilla swirl: vanilla sponge, topped with vanilla buttercream & rainbow sprinkles.
Chocolate delight: chocolate sponge, topped with either vanilla or chocolate buttercream & milk chocolate buttons.
Rocky Road: chocolate sponge topped with chocolate buttercream, marshmallows & Maltesers.
Carrot & Orange: infusion of two flavours topped off with smooth cream cheese frosting.
Cappuccino: rich coffee sponge topped with vanilla buttercream & a sprinkling of cocoa powder.
Luscious Lemon: lemon sponge topped with lemon curd & a swirl of lemon buttercream.
Cherry divine: chunks of cherries in vanilla sponge, topped with vanilla buttercream & half a cherry.
Marmalade: Orange marmalade infused sponge, topped with a tangy orange buttercream & candied peel.
